The oscillating fan acts on the dish drainer placed vertically on the structure causing it to rock back and forth. This then makes the toy presidential limousine surge backwards and forwards across the "lawn" of the print out of the White House picture. The sound element of a car with a hole in its exhaust, playing on repeat on the CD player at the top of the sculpture adds to the overall effect.
